Animatronic

Animatronics are mechanical puppets, usually of anthropomorphic animals. They are commonly used at theme parks, as well as children and family entertainment centers like Chuck E. Cheese. Before the popularity of the term "animatronic" rose, these machines were commonly referred to as robots.
